The three-year apprenticeship in the pastry craft is aimed at those with at least a completed Hauptschule education who love baking and want to create decoration and ornamentation. Attractive further training opportunities after completion and professional experience are planned; the apprenticeship pay is 1100 €, 1200 € and 1300 €, staggered by year.
